A whole house for 7–15
Three rooms, four, or five?
This size lands between three and five rooms, and both houses handle it at the same off-season weekday rate. So the real decision is not which house — it is how many rooms to open. From NT$9,000 on off-season weekdays.

The three plans top out at 11 guests (three rooms), 13 (four rooms) and 15 (five rooms). Whichever band you fall into is the cheapest arrangement that fits — eight guests and 11 guests open the same three rooms and pay the same rate.
So the usual question here is not whether everyone fits, but whether to open one more room. What that extra room buys is slack in the allocation: the children get their own, older family avoid the top floor, and whoever comes back late does not wake the early sleepers. The difference in price is that one room — it does not move with the head count.
The room count changes how you sleep; the living room, kitchen and long table are shared by the whole house either way.

What a group this size usually looks like
- Three families — six adults and four children, about ten; one room per family is the simplest, or open a fourth so the children share their own.
- A small company trip — twelve to fifteen, four or five rooms; the KTV and the electric mahjong are on the same floor, so the evening does not split up.
- Three generations — with older family along, Wish Come True is the easier pick: it has a ground-floor room, so there are no stairs.
- A group of friends — the final count often lands late; ask about one plan first, and settle an extra bed or one more room once you know.
Off-season weekday rates match across this range (weekends and Lunar New Year are higher at Wish Come True — see the table above), so the choice mostly comes down to something else: the splash pool at Dream Come True is on the private balcony off an upstairs room, walled in and away from the street, so you step straight back inside; the one at Wish Come True is in the ground-floor covered courtyard, next to the BBQ area and the dining table, where the adults grilling can keep an eye on the children.

Every guest room is ensuite — with a dozen people under one roof, not queuing in the morning is the thing you notice most at this size.

Questions we get about 7–15 guest stays
For ten people, is it three rooms or four?
Three rooms sleep up to 11, so ten fits. Whether to open a fourth is about how you want to split up: three families, one room each, and three is exactly right. If someone wants a room to themselves, or an older relative needs quiet, four is far more comfortable — and the difference in price is simply that one room.
Does it matter which house at this size?
From 7 to 15 guests the three-, four- and five-room plans hold the same number of people at both houses, and off-season weekday and summer weekday rates match. Off-season weekends, long holidays and Lunar New Year are higher at Wish Come True — the rate table below has the exact figures. The five-room plan also differs: at Dream Come True it is a fixed set of rooms, at Wish Come True it is any five of the six.
What if we are slightly over a plan limit?
Anyone beyond a room's standard occupancy counts as an extra bed, up to 2 (NT$300 per person on weekdays, NT$500 on weekends and holidays). Twelve guests, for instance, can be four rooms or three rooms plus one bed — which works out cheaper depends on the date, so ask about both.
Can we choose the rooms ourselves?
How many rooms to open is your call; which rooms you get is arranged by our housekeeper based on who is coming. Tell us in advance if you have babies, older family, or need adjoining rooms, and the allocation will suit you better.
